BK Onion Rings

What happened to the onion rings at Burger King ?
The last few trips have been a complete disappointment.
Today I got an order and like the previous few stops, they were limp and tasteless, and just plain nasty.
I am a fan of the rings, and they go great with the Whopper, but it seems BK has forgot about their onion rings, and about their ring fans.

Eat Great..... Even Late ?

There is nothing better than a Saturday night out. Some friends were playing at a little place this weekend, and as usual, I was nominated as the designated driver.

It was OK because I don't drink, I become a people watcher. I love to see how alcohol makes everyone just go nuts

And as always, we have to stop for breakfast and it never amazes me to watch the same people that just drank down beer and vodka, and lemon drops, and yager bombs shove runny eggs and greasy bacon and sausage right down on top of it

I stick with the coffee and some pie at that time of night, and listen to all the noise because in a crowded restaurant filled with alcohol fueled folks that have nothing to do while waiting for their moons over myhamy, you know you will get a floor show.

I am someone who has been a career designated driver for some time, and I have to say some of the best late night wrestling matches are generally found at the Waffle House or the 24 hour Hardee's, and knowing this, I decided we would visit the Denny's

Well guess what





Yeah, 4 separate fights, and one mean chic fight that resulted in some fake hair being tossed across someones table.

Who knew the late night menu at Denny's came with a floor show

I Got Angry

I made a trip to town on Monday, and at around 2 in the afternoon, My son and I realized the fact that we had not had lunch
With McDonalds on one side of the street, and a Burger King on the other, the onion rings were calling my name
BK has a new Whopper ever few month's, and on this visit, they were promoting a new one called the Angry Whopper, and it looked like a good match for my rings and sweet tea

I have always been a fan of BK sandwiches, and always have a hard time deciding between a fish, chicken, or burger, but I have to say, I made the right choice today. This burger actually had some heat to it, and the fried onions were great
I do not write this as an ad for the restaurant, but as a plea to keep those fried onions. They may be a match for the onion rings they serve now. Maybe they could offer them as a side ?
Oh well, just wishful thinking
